I have been seeing Dr. Patel for almost three years now and have truly enjoyed each visit. She is so patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She never hesitates to offer additional services or treatments for any concerns I have. Dental visits aren’t always the most comfortable or enjoyable experiences, but Dr. Patel goes above and beyond to make it as smooth and simple as possible. My experience here was great! When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was lovely and so helpful. At the office for my first visit the dental hygienist was so nice and explained everything so well for me to understand and view my X-rays. The doctor that came in was also very nice and created a calm environment when discussing my plan for treatment. The office was also very clean. Very happy with my visit!
The staff is wonderful. Adam and Vivian were a warm welcome. Emily, my hygienist as well as Dr. Akah went out of their way to help me, even last minute working my son into the schedule to give me some reassurance. And then Lexi patiently worked at getting images of my little guys teeth. Such a great team!
Staff is always friendly. I've been with this practice for quite a few years and have seen the same tech most of my visits. Kathy always seems to remember my case, is thorough yet gentle. I really appreciate the continuity of care. Dr Phil is pleasant and while he is in and out quickly, if you have a concern he listens and doesn't rush you through it.
After having a terrible experience as a new patient at another facility, I was on the hunt to find a place that would feel like home and would be happy to take care of my teeth. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this hidden gem. Everyone was so kind, and the place was so clean and well decorated.
