Been seeing Dr. Shelly for many, many years. She and her staff couldn’t be any more efficient, pleasant, thorough or nice. They’re not trying to upsell you on any procedures or treatments. They actively listen when/if presented with a problem. My husband and I trust them completely. We love our dentist office. Thank you rode. Shelly and the whole staff.
Amazing! My hygienist is the best! So kind, gentle and made me feel at ease! The front office is always friendly and always willing to accommodate. Of course, Dr. Shelley Thompson has been my dentist for over 20 years-I’ve always been so happy! I highly recommend Just Smiles-
Appointments are generally on time, maybe an occasional 3-5 minute wait. The staff is always pleasant, personal and helpful! Dr. Shelly is GREAT and always a pleasure to work with and keeps me informed!!! It is a far piece for me to drive to appointments, but worth every drive!!!
I am previous patient who only changed due to where I now live. Came back because my current dentist is not in network. Dr Shelley Thompson was very receptive to my current need for a crown and my fears regarding dental work. Just had a consultation today; wasn’t prepared mentally to have any work done! Staff was very helpful and Dr. Thompson answered all my questions. Feel more comfortable having the work done my next appointment! She was understanding. May continue coming here even though it’s a longer drive for me.
