I had a pleasant experience from the front desk to the dental chair, and no uncomfortable moments during the oral cleaning process. The dentist had great communication, and explained everything clearly.
I am very pleased with Just Smiles in Westerville! From the front desk to Dr. Shelly and today I met a different dentist and she was amazing too! Very polite staff, friendly, helpful and they do great work. Both me and my son are patients there. They are a really good team!
I went in for an emergency exam due to extensive gum bleeding. I saw Dr. Patel and she was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She really listens and answers your questions. I was finally given some light on my situation and feel better about things. I am even going to change from my current dentist to this one. My daughter’s silver filling cap unexpectedly came out, and the front desk staff, Jasmyn and Nara, were incredibly helpful in fitting us into the schedule for a same-day emergency appointment without any issues. CeCe, the dental assistant, was so kind and gentle with my daughter, making her feel at ease. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing—she thoroughly explained everything and provided great comfort to my daughter throughout the process. It was the first visit to the office and you would have thought we had been going .
