Justin did very well at communicating and explaining the numbers/process but his team always seemed one step behind or lacked communication. A lot of headache would've been avoided if we had received a checklist up front. The seemingly constant "asks" that came up last minute began to leave a bad taste in our mouth for Churchill which was a shame after hearing about from on the Ramsey Show for many years.
