I would highly recommend Justin Dorsey plumbing they were very professional! They went over all my options and gave me what I felt was a good quote on replacing my 20 year old water heater! The installation looks fabulous and left zero mess! Thanks again Jeff and Chuck!!

The tech that showed up to arbor manor apartments last night was awesome. He was determined to take care of the main line clog. His first auger jammed up and he went back and got another one and cleared it soon after. I really appreciate his help and patience with the issue, especially late last night. He should get a raise! (Plus, better equipment for his truck) -Frank, Maintenance Tech at Arbor Manor

We just moved in and discovered a few issues requiring a plumber. We were referred to Justin Dorsey Plumbing and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! I called the office and Tabatha was very helpful, setting up a plumber right away for the afternoon but called right back to send a plumber over right away! We had a tee break on our water surge tank. Water got under the wood laminate flooring. I called Justin Dorsey around 5:30 pm. A technician showed up a few hrs later with all the parts and was able to get us back up and running. Thank you very much for the quick response.

Jeff was our technician. He was efficient and great to work with. Did a thorough walk through and made sure everything was set and working. I also appreciate his level of detail and organization when setting the new water heater!
