Dr Elwood has helped me tremendously with my back. I have herniated discs and arthritis in facet joints. He recommended a radio frequency ablation and I did 2 nerve block test. It was most definitely where my pain was coming from. I’ve tried all other kinds of steroid injections and epidural injection. It was short lived relief. The RFA keeps me 90% pain free for 8 months or so and I don’t need any pain medication. I have had several procedures with Dr. Elwood and he is very helpful, respectful and always helped my problems. Knows I become ill with medications and always provides anti-nausea medication when sedating me. I highly recommend him.
Was referred to this doctor for pain management to which he only prescribed one drug and physical therapy. Went to physical therapy for a few weeks but was unable to do anything due to pain. Called the clinic back and they just upped the dose of the medication that I've already been taking that did nothing and scheduled an injection. The man was not really listening to me....got on exam table and using my left leg which 2 years ago had total knee replacement and I swear goes behind me with leg I swear he was going to tear it off n beat me over the head with it....I get up sitting on edge of table n I say now you've flared everything up. Wasn’t happy with my experience very first time meeting the doctor! I wish I wasn’t referred to the doctor!

I have a lot more pain since the "nerve block test" and dr elwood gave up on treating me. all in all. anyone else is a better choice.
