I have been looking for a new boarding facility for my fur kids and K9 was recommended by one of our Vet Techs. I really like the facility and everyone was very nice. My babies seemed to have had a good time. I am happy that I found a place that will take good care of my babies should we have to leave them. Thank You!
Muffin enjoys both daycare and boarding at K9! The staff is friendly and caring about her and arranges for her to be in a certain area where there is a large tree since she is a bird dog who loves nothing more than to fly around and chase birds and butterflies ‼️🐶
My dog always comes back clean and shiny after his bath!
We're totally heartbroken after learning our healthy 10 year old Yorkie (Amari) died while being boarded at K-9 Bath Body & Boarding. If he was old or sick we could've been better prepared, however the thought of him passing alone without us hurts. He'd had all his shot, clean bill of health as of his last Vet appointment. They just returned our beloved Amari to us died and wrapped in a blanket. The owner didn't even greet us to offer condolences or nothing. Hopefully, soon we'll find out exactly what happened to our baby!!!
As a devoted pet owner and loyal customer of K9 since 2021, I am deeply disappointed with the declining customer service and animal care, especially as the prices have continued to rise. On March 23rd, Groomer Kandice cut my dog's eye without informing me or providing any care for the injury. Yesterday, when I picked up my dog, I found that half of the $110 service I paid for was not completed.
