We had a fantastic experience with K&E A/C for our air conditioning installation! They were prompt, professional, and provided great value with an excellent warranty. Alex made the process seamless, helping us secure great financing so we could make affordable monthly payments. When they finished the installation they cleaned everything thoroughly and hauled away the old unit. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking for quality and reliability!
I do not trust anyone else but Alex with K&E to work on my AC. We had him out a year ago to repair our unit that is over 20 years old. Fast forward to now that the motor went which was another issue, instead of replacing it, Alex suggested a new unit and gave us an amazing price! I know this because my neighbor got a similar unit a few years ago and paid $3,000 more than us! Alex and his team did an amazing job replacing our HVAC system. I appreciated the prompt and excellent communication. Our 16-year-old unit was noisy and located outside our kid’s window. Alex was fantastic in helping us find the right system for us and was quick to answer all my questions. We were even able to switch to a different system the night before the appointment. Alex, I want to tell have wonderful Aidan is. Very professional, knows he’s A/C’s and explains what and how it works. Aidan is very thorough at his job. He also cleans up makes sure everything is working before he left. You have a hard to find now and days employee.
