Recently had my roof inspected and replaced with Alvaro. He was very professional, honest and straightforward. I will continue to use K Ranch for all my home projects and I will be recommending him to everyone I know!!!
I noticed that a couple of shingles were wonky so I called to ask for an estimate and to find out whether there was enough damage for an insurance claim on my roof. Was given an honest assessment that no there was not and that my roof was overall in decent condition. Quote was to fix those few shingles and ensure everything was solid and caulked so the roof can last. Absolutely love this company. So easy to work with. Alvaro was extremely professional, honest, and to the point. No messing around or time wasted on either side. I highly recommend them and will be using them for future home projects!
