This is literally my Third HORRIBLE experience with this place! I would NOT advise! You will be charged HIDDEN FEES…from the very beginning all I asked for is Transparency and the cost of that should be FREE. This is a very secure and well kept facility, I’ve used it for over a year.
I’m giving them 2 stars for the fact that it’s convenient and I like that everything is contactless and self-serve. I feel safe at this location. However, they must have changed ownership at some point in the last 2 years because the customer service has really gone downhill. A little over a year ago they cut back on access hours so it is no longer 24/7 even with your code. And they have applied multiple rate increases in a year (2 increases within the past 6 months) after we were told there wouldn’t be any rate increases wh... read more
