I’m giving them 2 stars for the fact that it’s convenient and I like that everything is contactless and self-serve. I feel safe at this location. However, they must have changed ownership at some point in the last 2 years because the customer service has really gone downhill. A little over a year ago they cut back on access hours so it is no longer 24/7 even with your code. And they have applied multiple rate increases in a year (2 increases within the past 6 months) after we were told there wouldn’t be any rate increases wh... read more
K Square and their staff made moving in to my storage as easy as can be. Staff was very polite and helpful in many was to make it a smooth transition.
Manager is very easy to work with. No issues to speak of and we are happy with the condition of the rental unit
Do the good pricing in advance security I would definitely store my stuff there
