Their maintenance crew is not good at all, called in to report a leak under the kitchen sink on Saturday and no one has even called me back or been out to look at the leak. No one is ever in the office when you need to contact them or to stop in to talk to them. Have been living here for 3 years now, and their service has gone down hill very rapidly. There's a reason this place is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. They are absolutely awful. Total slumlords. I lived in an apartment of theirs for two years. I paid my rent in full every single month without fail. Maintenance requests were almost always ignored for about a month. I needed to move out early for work related reasons and the management was completely unwilling to work with me on early move out costs even when I found a new tenant willing to take over my lease.
