Excellent service but better communication on timelines is something that could be better - I needed funds for new ac in Florida where it is 110 degrees and had to get windows units costing $$$ because the original timeline wasn’t communicated in my opinion properly Also if I knew my loan would have been sold to someone else I would not have done this - I trusted Omaha to carry it through not some other company! He communicated and responded very quickly to any of my questions
He mislead us on timelines didn't always clarify his actions. And when we terminated the contract and verbally agreed to terminate. Him and the company ignored us. We no longer feel this company is trustworthy to do business with.
