Excellent support and beautiful rooms The apartment complex was exactly what we were looking for in terms of space. I was completely impressed with the professionalism and customer service from all staff members specifically Diana. She helped us a great deal with the entire process.

Get in where ya fit in! I've lived here 3 months and I have had a great experience. Kristina is always helpful with my request and she's fun to chat with! She always has an infectious smile even if she thinks I'm asking something crazy! I know I can be a PITA with my request but she and maintenance are always on top of things. Apartments are 15 years old but the grounds are always clean and you actually see maintenance and anyone else who works for the apartment out and about taking care of things. Best Place to Live MUST READ. If you looking for a good place to live this is it here is why, We’ve been at residents at Confluence for 5 years now. We love it here. We wanted to give credit where it belongs, Tara is great manager here on property that has been really helpful to us. Cody is the best engineer here, whom fixed the issues quick and efficient. Ray is our favorite maintaince guy, who can solve any issues for you here in the building. Wes, senior technician, has been helpful with providing internet for us quick !
