This place is AMAZING We are soooo happy at Skye of Turtle Creek! The apartment is very large, in great shape, and has an amazing view! The pool AND jacuzzi are like new and their are BBQ's and a great workout gym. The maintenance staff are also great. We turned in 3 minor maintenance requests and all were responded to almost immediately! And there is always someone cleaning everyday. And the staff are so friendly and accessible. Nice property I’ve lived at The Guthrie for about a year. There has been some turnover in the staff, but the overall upkeep of the property hasn’t been compromised. I utilize their coffee machine every morning, which is great, and in the pool area is really nice to be around when it’s warmer outside. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to be near, but far enough from the city.

Great Property I have toured The Guthrie and had a very pleasant experience. When you drive up, there is plenty of parking which I have found to be a bit problematic when looking at apartments in the nearby area, specifically downtown. The office smells great, and the staff was very helpful in answering all of my questions and the A3 floor plan they showed me was great. I’m still on my search, but this is definitely at the top of the list!

Get in where ya fit in! I've lived here 3 months and I have had a great experience. Kristina is always helpful with my request and she's fun to chat with! She always has an infectious smile even if she thinks I'm asking something crazy! I know I can be a PITA with my request but she and maintenance are always on top of things.
