Verified Renter I moved into The Station in September 2021 and so far have had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the location is awesome, close to LoHi and walkable to Whole Foods. The building is well maintained and maintenance requests for the most part are handled very quickly. Noise levels depend on the unit you're in but I've never been bothered by any noise of residents and the noise from 15th street can be easily drowned out with a small fan while you sleep. Verified Renter Beautiful property and interior of apartment is luxury at its best. Close to the lake and trails with a beautiful private dog park. Restaurants on the property are amazing and the live music every weekend is so fun! I love living here!
