Verified Renter This complex is gorgeous. Not to mention a great location. Easy to get to downtown, and other areas of Austin. The Apartments themselves are gorgeous, all with all the features and appliances and the community amenities are also great! I would definitely refer a friend here.

Amazing service! I have lived at Edison for about a year and a half and it has been amazing since day 1. Most recently Erasmo took care of an issue I had with my dishwasher (which I think is only my 3rd work order in the entire time I have been here!). I work from home and was on calls the entire time he was here but he was able to swap out the dishwasher, be respectful of noise and put all of my items back under my sink for me and cleaned up before he left. Verified Renter What really stands out at Gibson Flats is the staff! I have had very positive experiences all around with Tara, Madison and all of the maintenance gentlemen. This is a very comfortable living environment and the neighbors here are considerate of others. During summer, swimming at the pool is the best! The gym, while on the smaller side, is also well equipped & clean. I highly recommend living at Gibson Flats!

Beautiful building and BEST site team! We chose Park 17 for it's walkability to many of our favorite restaurants and City Park. The property management team goes above and beyond to make living here as convenient as possible! We love the pool and the residents are all very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

Enjoying it so far I moved in on Feb. 2020. First impressions were great from the staff to the apartment unit itself. They were in the middle switching owners I believe. My unit was great but the walls are thinner than apartment complexes that are built now. I didn’t have many issues in the apartment itself and if I did maintenance responded quickly!
