Great Property Elan Flower Mound is a great community. Jay rescued the moment and saved move-in day. When presented with a difficult situation, Jay stepped in to resolved all issues quickly. His professionalism and dedication to his clients is second to none. He was able to find us a beautiful apartment with everything that we needed to be comfortable. Verified Renter I drove from Minnesota to San Antonio (19 and a half hour drive), to walk into my apartment that had water on the floor in the bathroom from an AC unit that was leaking, no hot water so I was unable to shower, an extremely dirty vent filter with vents that looked so dirty that I thought it was mold. My preferred place to rent in Denver The Confluence has by far been the best apartment community I’ve ever stayed at after living in Columbus, DC, NYC, Chicago, and Austin. As a professional who works around the Denver metro area, I think that it has the best location for getting in every direction. Applying to signature ridge and getting the help needed was very easy and Im still shocked on the process of it all. Within 5 days of applying I was moved in, and with my down deposit, my first two months are half off. Which during these times, is very useful and considerate.
