Upon entering the waiting room, I was warmly greeted by the front desk receptionist. I waited less than five minutes before being called to an exam room by a friendly nurse. As usual, Dr. Obideen was very kind and patient. He thoroughly explained my conditions and treatment options. The person who scheduled me for a procedure was professional and cordial. am thankful to have found a great gastroenterology practice!
The most indifferent dr I have come in contact with. I had a follow-up appt on August 9. But was in a fender- bender. While sitting on the side of the road waiting for police I called the office 4 times and 4 times I was disconnected. On Oct 10, I contacted the office manager Ms Russo to tell her what happened. Of course I was told that an outside agency takes the incoming calls so..... seemed not very concerned at all. She transferred me to appt to reschedule. Dr. Obideen is excellent at explaining issues in terms that the patient can understand. I felt understood and heard and left feeling like I had a plan of treatment that was acceptable.
Dr. Obideen has treated me for years. I have always been satisfied with the level of care I've received. I can't write enough about the care and attention given to me in all situations.
I came to Dr. Obideen on a recommendation from a co-worker and I am glad I did! I had been to another Gastro, after having digestive problems my whole life, and having been in acute pain for two weeks straight, and they didn’t seem too concerned about my problems and did not give me a long-term plan to manage my chronic stomach ailments.
