Dr Patel and staff are always super sweet and easy to talk to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new primary care doctor!
Dr. Patel took the time to get a thorough history and listen to my concerns. She was quick but thorough. Her bedside manner is calm, funny, and kind. She made me feel at ease and very supported. Highly recommend!!

I'm Is a healthy 39 year old that barely goes to the doctor. Since my insurance covers preventative 100% I decided to make a preventative visit in December 10th 2021 with doctor Patel. Wish I hadn't because I ended up with a bill of $346.50. I was never told that anything would be billed to me or out of pocket. Doctor Patel puts her policies above patient care: she refused to do presurgical clearance to my daughter and put her surgery under risk of cancellation. I haven’t been informed about this policy at the moment of transfer and the reason of refuse for me sounds like lack of responsibility and patient abandonment. Doctor did not want to cooperate in solving this issue also, she did not find any solution for my daughter. I’m very disappointed, this is not the doctor care I was hoping for my family
On two separate instances, Dr. Patel has failed to give me an accurate diagnosis and delayed my recovery significantly. Once visit was for shingles and the other was a bacterial infection on my tonsils. Her exams were not thorough and she was very patronizing when I would try to explain my pain and symptoms. On both occasions, she did not prescribe me the medications needed to not only lessen my symptoms but to actually remedy my conditions. I had to obtain these through other providers.
dissapointed . There was no friendliness , care or knowledge , or active listening from staff or doctor Patel. Wait time was strangely long due to them not being busy. Definitely will not recommend to family or friends. Everyone should have a primary care provider that has great quality. This one did not have great qualities at all.
The office policy and procedure for waiting for blood work is demeaning, not realistic and very time consuming. It is not helpful when you are asked to come in three days before a visit to get your blood drawn and you have to wait hours because they will not make appointments, they make you ring a door bell and wait. The office has no compassion or concern for the patients time. They have no problem making you wait but dont make them wait because they will cancel your apt and bill you.
