I brought my car for a service on the advice of a friend. Nitish was a consummate professional. Not only did he provide a thorough explanation, he was generous with sharing his experience. Would not hesitate to book another service. Aside from sharing his experience, he has priced his services very fairly
Great experience with Kanop cars. Quality works in a timely manner. I have always got my car services here and never had any issues. Nitish is extremely professional and expert in his domain, i have got head unit replaced in both my cars, added reverse camera and few other upgrades which is working absolutely fine. He makes suggestions that are in best interest of the customers and ensures that his customers are satisfied with the service. Overall very happy and highly recommend Kanop cars.
Will absolutely NEVER go back here. I brought my car in for a service and now my car has more problems than it did before taking it in. Not to mention, I spoke with Nitish multiple times and confirmed a total price, only to be stuck paying an extra $140 for UNAUTHORISED work he decided to do to my car without contacting me for permission or approval. Nitish was great help to me when I needed to replace a switch lever for my 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe car seat (which Hyundai wanted to charge $800 to fix!) Nitish took the time to source a more affordable alternative, but ultimately fixed the problem by simply cleaning the contacts once he started the job. Not only did he offer to return the part himself, he didn’t charge for any of his time or work. Unheard of! Thank you Nitish. 🙏
Nitish was very professional and efficient in helping us deal with an urgent repair. He expertly assessed what was needed to be done and aimed to reuse parts where possible to help keep costs down.
