She took her time with me, listened to all of my concerns, and validated my experience. I am so happy to have finally found a competent doctor here in Des Moines.
I saw Dr. Kemp-Glock today for the first time. She listened carefully, asked good questions, examined gently, informed me of the diagnosis, and gave me specific and thorough advice about options and treatment, with followup arranged. I had a lot of questions and she was very patient and thorough in answering them. Dr. Kemp-Glock spent a good deal of time with me and was not hurried or rushed. I highly recommend this doctor.
Made me feel very comfortable and answered my concerns in a very thoughtful way. I would like to thank her for the care and and treatment provided. The front office staff was very professional and courteous.
What a terrible experience. She should not be in patient care. She doesn’t listen, doesn’t seem to care, and based on the second and third opinions I got, she doesn’t seem to be up to date on studies and best practices in treating peri menopause. Avoid her at all costs.
This provider was so dismissive when discussing my hormone issues. She was very condescending and rude! She was questioning every single thing I said like I didn’t know my own body. She literally gaslighted me the entire time I was in that office. I have never met a doctor who was as rude and dismissive as she was. Please do yourself and your mental health a favor and avoid her at all costs!!!
She's not a very nice person. She should probably find a new profession as she seems to hate her job!! I would never recommend her!!
