Very bad and sad experience… That day had an Telehealth appointment. Decided to go to the park, since I don’t live by myself, don’t have always enough privacy. LifeStance has a very efficient system for making one's first appointment. The person I spoke with asked me some demographic questions, then questions about my insurance and completed making my appointment. She informed me that she would email information and questionnaires I needed to fill out and return before my appointment. The entire process went quickly.
Early but so far so good . My son says he just need to open up more.
I was very comfortable and pleased with my first mtg with Ms PENROD. I will continue to see her as she determines .
