I have been seeing Karen for over 3 years. She has helped me through the toughest times in my life. She listens, I mean really listens. She does not judge. She is genuine and supportive. She has never told me what to do or how I should feel nor has she told me something she thinks I want to hear, but rather helps me through my struggles, feelings, apprehensions, fears. She is the best.
Very attentive, made me feel comfortable and did her research before the appointment.
Karen made me feel heard and never made me feel uncomfortable. I felt safe talking to her and she gave me enough affirmation to feel like it’s ok to share whatever is going on in my head. I look forward to more visits with her.
Karen is an excellent therapist. She understands my issues and is very helpful. I highly recommend her.
