I been going to Dr. Smith office for about two years now, well maintained and friendly. Hygienist Bisi is the best, she 's a true professional, very nice, friendly and knowledgeable person.
I saw Dr. K. Smith had good credentials so I called and asked if they were in network with BlueCross, I was told they were. My first visit was ok, the office staff is very nice but Dr Smith never looked at my mouth at all, He looked at the screen that his tech had uploaded pictures he had taken. He joked and laughed with 3 other people on his staff about the "bio-load" in my mouth. I am a registered nurse and knew exactly what he was saying. My appointment with Dr Karl A Smith was by far the worst dental experience in my entire life! His behavior was unprofessional, erratic and rather scary!
Unprofessional to a frightening level. Chose this doc because he was close to my home. Went in with a referral from my dentist for a bone graft on a specific tooth. Waited TWO months for appointment with Dr. Smith. Thought the wait might indicate his value. Nope. Waited ONE hour in the chair for the "consult." When he finally showed up, he spoke only to his assistant, like I wasn't in the room. Well first off i would like to thank the staff at K.A. SMITH,DDS for making me feel like i was a 4 star gen. and i deserved it . and i always respond when folks say thank you! for my service,no no the Honor & Privilage was all mine to wear the uniform proudly and serve my Country(wish i was 19yrs old again)also let me give a BIG shout out to MS.BISI let me tell you ,you are simply awesome and my dental treatment was second to none.thanks to the vet.medical center for the referral.
Great dentist. As you know, when you have to see a specialist it's a bit nerve wracking. But Dr. Smith was terrific.
