Great! Was easy process
The website is extremely difficult to navigate. I work in tech and I'm surprised by how confusing the interface is. Everything about the process of logging in, looking for appointments and logging into calls seems tedious and unnecessary. It's truly one of the worst websites/customer interfaces I've seen.
