Karma was excellent!!! She worked diligently to get us approved. We were told by 3 other lenders that we would have to wait another year to obtain a loan because of my husbands work history. I had just about given up. Then was referred to Karma at Motto. KARMA was able to get us approved AND closed on our new home in 30 days!!! Also she did all the work!!!
