Very poor. She was fine for renewing prescription from another doctor but when it came to actual treatment was totally inadequate. She appeared unable to provide care or understand problem.
Dr. Holtze demonstrated a dangerous combination of apathy and arrogance. She was not at all personable, to the point of not even offering a simple greeting. When my mother was in extreme cardiac distress in her office, she merely said, 'I cannot help you' with no action plan and no empathy to direct us to receive appropriate care. My mother suffered needlessly for weeks over what turned out to be a relatively simple issue what was resolved by technicians in the pace maker clinic working with the pace maker device company.
