The process took longer than I expected, but I had a very challenging loan file. Kathleen explained each step in the process clearly, and I felt she was highly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I am an attorney who basically has an elder law practice (wills, trusts, asbestos compensation claims (primarily older Navy veterans, shipyard workers and construction workers) and U.S. Dept. of Veterans' Affairs service-connected disability claims (which I handle free of charge for veterans)).
