We were greeted and welcomed immediately and signed in without any complications at all. We saw the doctor within five minutes of our arrival. Additional testing and visits were accomplished smoothly.
Not a good experience. Extremely long wait times after scheduled appointment time. Dr.McDonald comes off very rushed and short like she is late for her next patient. The ear cleaning was good but my primary problem was not resolved and I don’t have an interest in going back.
Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The doctor is very great. I had no problems and will continue to go there.
