kat has been my therapist for years and she is the most caring and down to earth person. she is also hilarious and so personable. if you are looking for an amazing therapist, kat is your girl!
Sharing my experience in case it helps others make an informed decision. I was referred to her for ADHD, anxiety, and grief-related depression support. She breached HIPAA by sending out a mass email to all 20+ of her clients, so we could see each other's full names, contact info, and other personal information. How is she still employed here?! This occurred on June 16, 2026; I reported it to staff in the NN Lifestance office, plus emailed Lifestance's privacy office and never heard back about it.
