Booking appointments as well as rescheduling has been very easy. I also have no problem getting through to people on the phone when I have had to call the office.

I don’t love the check in process: it’s onerous and annoying. Just let me walk in to the office to checkin. I also feel like I get about 12 different emails/texts before each appointment… unnecessary and annoying.
