I don’t love the check in process: it’s onerous and annoying. Just let me walk in to the office to checkin. I also feel like I get about 12 different emails/texts before each appointment… unnecessary and annoying.
Your group is always fantastic at booking, therapy, and psychiatrist. I have not one complaint, not even a small one.
