To start - working with Kathy Smith as a counselor was largely uneventful. I did not have enough time to get to see how that would have worked for me, because LifeStance Health's billing is abysmal. Lifestance has misfiled my insurance claims and refuses to even allow me to speak with someone who knows how those claims are filed. This seems unnecessary as they're intent on collecting from me, rather than my insurance.
