Ms. Travis was upfront and transparent since the beginning of the process. She answered every question thoroughly and detailed so we knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire transaction. Ms. Travis also encouraged us to reach out to her at anytime with any questions or concerns that we had.
Kathy is DA BOMB!! We had a couple bumps that was no fault of hers and she was there every step of the way! I can not thank her enough for the mounds of paperwork she sent in to get to our closing, but she stuck with us and we got the deal done. Thank You so much for all the help.
