I canceled my appointment with Dr. Kongara immediately after receiving extremely poor customer service from her assistant Rashunda and the office manager, Katie. They both were rude and nasty. I wasn't surprised as the office rescheduled my initial in-office appointment to a televisit at the very last minute and after I took a day off from work. Dr Kongara is a fantastic doctor, with logical thought processing, kind bedside manner, and the real desire to help her patients. Having her ease my mind on what was going on with me was priceless. She wastes no time trying to get to the bottom of things and shows she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend!
I am so thankful for Dr. K. I've been suffering with GERD for almost 3 years. She took me seriously and advocated for me and kept investigating the problem. She never dismissed my symptoms. Her PA, Michelle, is also wonderful as well is Jillian her MA. While it's not fun to have to go to the GI doc usually, I am thankful for ones like Dr. Kongara. She is also really easy to talk to!
Dr.Kavita Kongara has been my gastrologist for over 10 years. If there is something to found she will found it. She has found several things during my colonoscopy that were concerning and referred me to specialist. Dr. Kongara is friendly,cares about her patients,she takes time to listen,and she gets results.
I don't normally post reviews, but after meeting Dr. Kongara, I had to. I met her yesterday and felt like I'd known her a life time. She took the time to listen to me and together we came up with a game plan for my issues. She also got me a super quick follow appointment for the following week. I am thankful for meeting her yesterday and having someone who is committed to helping me get to the bottom of my digestive issues. Thank you Dr. Kongara!
