A few years back I had really bad Acid Reflux. To make sure everything was okay internally, I wound up seeing Dr. Kongara for an Endoscopy. I love Dr. Kongara. In person the staff was great! Over the phone needs help, probably more so with the systems than the people. People can help by smiling and pretending to care deeply. Please. They're systems had them say this to me: "Since you're a new patient..." I'm 48 years old and am ready for my FOURTH colonoscopy (hoping for three in a row with no polyps!.) Do you have trouble with constipation or diarrhea? Dr Kongara can fix you. She listens, analyzes and will solve your problem no matter what it is. I went to her after suffering for over 15 years having to rise early in the morning to “take care” of many bathroom trips and/or swallowing mega doses of Imodium which sometimes Would not work. It was not good she was not nice to me as l had complex gastroenterology issues so l needed a doctor with patience, l did not get that here. There was little compassion or patience for what l was going through. If you have just a little tummy ache or nothing too serious this may be the place for you. But for someone like myself who had been through pain and trauma with my Gastro issues it was very disappointing experience.
