Kudos to Joe L**** Quakertown Pennsylvania! Joe assisted us long distance towards a home purchase! He answered every question honestly and professionally. Although my husband and I decided not to purchase at this time due to personal issues, We hope to purchase in the near future. Thank you Joe L**** for attending to our billions of questions!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HOMES WITH KAY AT ALL, WORST COMPANY WHEN COMES TO SERVICES AFTER CLOSING. We built our house from KAY in 2021 ( not to forget it was ready after 4 months of promised date) when closing in December we did a pre-walk through the house and there was a list of multiple items that were not completed. Kay stated to close the house with having those items as pending at the moment and promised that they will be completed asap and by believing this builder we closed our house on Dec 2021. Think Twice Before Purchasing a Home from Kay Builders We purchased a home from Kay Builders in March of 2020 and 15 months later it has still been an absolute dreadful experience dealing with this company. We still have outstanding items that need to be completed from our settlement walkthrough in March of 2020. Buyer beware . Once the contract is signed- all customer services you were told about come to an end. They change the rules along the way. They stop communicating, and when they do it's done in a punitive and threatening way. It's a shame. Pay a little more and go with another company- it will be worth it in the end.

The response to my complaint from Kay builders pertaining to fields at Indian creek are totally false. They never returned to plant our back yard which was never done since we moved here. Instead they reseeded our front yard which turned hard as rock. Yes, other warranty issues are being handled but we were never given a back yard. It’s nothing but weeds. They ignore my complaints about it. The weeds are so high next door that there are now snakes. Is that what low maintenance means? The HOA has approved our landscaping whic... read more

Empty promises. Once you purchase, they don’t fulfill their end of the deal. Built at Indian Creek more than a year ago, yet no back yard. They promise me “next week” every week, yet fail to come through. They don’t care how much you complain, you are at their command with no recourse. I am now looking to contact an attorney. Don’t know where else to turn.

I believe Kay took us for a ride, and we lost our $10,000 deposit because of it. We bought a model home which was supposed to be ready for moving in on a certain date. There were some things that were supposed to be done by that time but they were not done the house was not ready, including a pallet nailed over the back door so you couldn’t exit the house in case of emergency.
