HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I Had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut off water to my house. Kay Plumbing came out next morning to assess the job. Office call was responsive to my need of a water heater and Max arrived in less than half an hour. Although the heater was 20 years old he did a thorough inspection. Max explained the details of a new heater and gave a quote with an outline of service plans. Max was professional and explained options for a service plan. I chose the silver plan. Vio was awesome. We had a problem with the MB toilet, but after a service check, the drainage was good, so we replaced the toilet with a TOTO. It's an awesome toilet. However, during his inspection, he found a problem with the MB shower pan, as he found it leaking. I'm not looking forward to getting it repaired. It's probably a total gut. I hope my 2-10 warranty kicks in. I think they are a little high for some of the services they charge for doing the inspections.
