• Washer Shut Off Valves Replaced ~doesn’t go a expected, but they made it right David is amazing and deserves a raise! Mark, another tech, came to my home earlier this week and replaced the two shut off valves for my new washer. Mark cracked the cold water pipe and then left saying job done! Warranty sucks, less than 6 months new toilet works great but the toilet seat breaks. Will replace under warranty but will charge for labor to install. Poor business practices along with using of quality material. Don't get me wrong, will use them again for their for services but this is wrong and will go to Lowes to get things I can do myself.

Kay Plumbing did an excellent job installing our grease trap! The office staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the technicians were professional, efficient, and kept everything clean throughout the process. Their communication was on point — they did exactly what was expected and more. I will gladly recommend Kay Plumbing and will continue using their services for both my home and business!

Called them out to fix a clogged toilet. They took my toilet apart only to tell me they couldn't unclog my toilet. I was charged $750 for a job they didn't complete. Not only that, wanted to do an unnecessary service for almost #1000 more saying that would unclog my toilet. They wanted to add a 2nd clean out going in the opposite direction of the one I have stating that was the reason they couldn't unclog the toilet. It was ALL LIES! Matt, the plumber was incredible. Efficient, Skilled, & Clean. When he left, you would not have known he was here despite the extensive work that he did. Their prices are, from my experience, high. Given the extent of the repairs, I don’t expect them to have to return for many years. So I would say worth it.
