HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I Had an emergency plumbing issue and had to shut off water to my house. Kay Plumbing came out next morning to assess the job. Colt was very upfront and quickly advised me of the problem. He had it fixed in less than an hour he was finished and gone. My daughter’s hot water heater quit working. She called Kay and they were able work her into their schedule the same day she called. David, the plumber who came was very friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem. When he found there weren’t any replacement parts to in the immediate area Kay expedited the part to help get the water heater up and running again as soon as possible. Great job by all involved.
Last night I saw signs our 17 year old water heater was at the end of its life - it was already rusting, but now it was leaking. This is the second time in four months that the guys at Kay’s have come to the rescue. Coming out multiple times to fix these major issues and get them fixed in the same day was nothing short of unexpected and very much appreciated.
