9/26/2024 EDIT FOR RESPONSE TO KAY PLUMBINGS REPLY TO MY REVIEW- That is an absolute lie that the propane tank and/or any propane supply has been removed or was removed prior to Kay Plumbing cutting the copper gas lines, THE PROPANE TANK IS STILL ACTIVELY ON MY PROPERTY AND IS STILL VERY MUCH ACTIVE WITH PROPANE STILL CURRENTLY IN THE PROPANE TANK AND I HAVE PROOF!!!!! Requested first an emergency appointment for leak in downstairs ceiling. Initially we were put on standby for technician , but an hour or so later we received a call that KP would hbe able to put is on the schedule later in the day. Technician arrived earlier than expected, found the source, was able to stop leak and recommended a specialist to come and finish the project. He was polite and explained where the leak was and why it was happening. Thank you KP and Vio, technician.
Matt was very thorough in his assessment of our “ low water pressure “ issue. He also noticed a less than satisfactory job had been performed by another contractor on our pressure tank in the past. I agreed to have him replace the suspect work along with our well issues and was very happy with the completed job.
From the initial contact with the office staff...the interaction was professional, courteous, compassionate and prompt. Colt was the plumber sent out. He was very detailed and professional; quickly found the issue and repaired it. The prices are affordable, definitely not excessive.
