I had an excellent experience with K.B. Johnson Oil & Gas, and I can’t say enough good things about their team, especially Jacob, Quinn, the owner’s son, and Hal Johnson (the owner). Jacob, Quinn, and Hal’s son were all extremely hard-working, very friendly, and genuinely cared about my property. Great company! We had to reschedule a delivery and everyone was so kind. All interactions with this company have been professional and helpful. They are on time, let you know when they are on the way and offer good pricing. They were most helpful when we switched to their service from another provider when other carriers were not helpful.
They did an excellent job of replacing my heating and air unit outside and inside. Very dependable and efficient business. They guys were very informative on how the system works and took great care with the inside of my house. This company has been taking care of my needs and inspections since moving here.
The propane company that I used for years was purchased by a big company (UPG). Unfortunately, despite me being on automatic delivery (which I had been on for years),this new company decided not to refill my tank in December. I realized I was out of propane on one of the coldest weeks of the year. I called UPG on any number I could find and there was no way to get anyone online from UPG that could arrange an emergency fill. They were able to squeeze us in and fill our propane tank before the ice storm hit. With 3 kids at home we were nervous about a potential power outage with no heat and they luckily came just in time! Very appreciative. Great customer service!
