KB Johnson really came through for my family. The Owners, Andy and his team were professional, fast, and so easy to work with. They resolved the issue quickly and got a tank to us right away. Couldn’t ask for better service and company, highly recommend them!
Great service and fair pricing. Very responsive folks and answered all my questions. Tank installation, propane conversion, and propane line run were done quickly on the same day within a few hours. They installed a monitoring system on the tank too that will alert the company every time the propane drops to 20% which is really nice and they will automatically schedule and dispatch refill order with text message letting me know before hand. Always fast and helpful! Recently came out to run new line to a spa heater. Took time to evaluate and plan the most effective, least expensive option and didn't try to upsell us on adding another tank. Worked us into their busy schedule and pockets of weather so we could get our inspections in a timely manner. Appreciate everything about this business!
