I had a very difficult loan case and couple of times I truly gave up on buying the house. That was obviously disheartening. During all that process, Jed never gave up and was constantly working on my loan. There was not a section for perseverance; otherwise I would have given him another 5 stars.
Jed helped my wife and I purchase a new home. We had a very tight concurrent close on our previous home and were worried it might not happen seamlessly. Jed was able to overcome many hurdles for us and facilitated the transaction with great care. He is knowledgeable in his field and had many creative solutions for problems we faced.
