Alex is a literal genius…the guy is extremely smart! My client, who has a rare unit with rare parts, was recommended to Alex by me after her past technicians failed to diagnose the problem. One visit, and the issue was diagnosed!!! This man knows his stuff. If you need a friendly, knowledgeable and poised technician, look no further.
Alex has the patience of a saint. Alex has been to my parents house a few times to help resolve their AC issues. Some problems were of their own making, others were legit problems. Alex has fielded I-don't-know-how-many calls from my father and handled him with more patience than I probably can manage. He kept me informed by text or phone since I am not local and worked with me to get their AC up and running and to stop my parents from getting in their own way. Oh man where to start. Our AC was out and the best quote I got was just crazy. We did some Google searching and great reviews led us here to Alex. I got a quote for a new outside unit that was much more doable for us and Alex explained everything to me clearly and was always just a text away. On the day he and his team worked fast and efficiently. You get it all when you work with these guys. Toss this review in the pile with the other five stars.
Aidan was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Answered many questions and was very thorough. Very impressed and happy with service. Highly recommend.
Akex is hands down the absolute best! He is very honest! Trustworthy! Listens to your situation to fit the best repair/replace for you budget. He gets out to you asap even on a holiday!
