Alex was great to work with! He gave a great quote for a great product. They installed 4 days later. Trusted him into my house without anyone home to finish the job. Went over and beyond trimming bushes around where the outside unit went. Cleaned up when they were finished. Never would have known they were there except a quiet air conditioner unit. Huge rave for K&E AC! We started having AC problems and contacted them after 8pm last night. They were attentive right from the start with great communication! They offered to come last night at an incredible rate, but we were unable to so they came today. They were timely and walked me through everything. Even provided tips to keep mu AC running smoothly. They didn't try to oversell or force a service contracts! The reviews I've read about them are not wrong! Best AC guys around!
Can't speak highly enough of K&E and couldn't be happier. We were stunned they got out to us the same day we called them. Communicated to us when to expect their guy. Aidan was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful and knowledgeable. Diagnosed issue in minutes and had us back to comfortable A/C in just a couple of hours. They will be our go to A/C help going forward. We'll done K&E.
