I had a great experience with this A/C company. They took great care of me from start to finish. They came out promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got my A/C working again fast. What really stood out was how helpful and professional they were — they even took the time to look up my warranty information for me, which made the whole process so much easier. It’s hard to find companies that are this responsive, honest, and caring. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C service!

Alex was great to work with! He gave a great quote for a great product. They installed 4 days later. Trusted him into my house without anyone home to finish the job. Went over and beyond trimming bushes around where the outside unit went. Cleaned up when they were finished. Never would have known they were there except a quiet air conditioner unit. Highly recommended!!!!! Old and new photos posted.
My AC was blowing hot air. In an hour after regular business hours a tech was out to fix my issues. Two tiers of repair options were offered. I am grateful that this company could have cold air flowing immediately. Highly recommend their professionalism and service.
I’ve had K&E out twice and both times they made it out in short notice and got me fixed for a reasonable price. As a small business owner myself I appreciate their thorough diagnosis. I would highly recommend them and will always call them for any and all AC issues.
