I have had a storage unit since 2017 and today I was notified that my rent was increasing by 38.5%! This is unacceptable!!! In 2021 my unit flooded and my 1932 Plymouth sustained $6000 in damages. I was offered no recourse to any damages. In addition, these units are full of snakes! I have kept glue boards near my door and I catch snakes on them all the time. All these issues and they are raising my rent by 38.5%. I will be vacated by the end of December 2023. And I will surely NEVER recommend this storage facility to anyone... read more
