I always heard great things about this vet practice. I was able to get an appt. for my dog Gia quickly because she was very sick. Dr. Martinez found what was wrong immediately and prescribed meds & diet that helped her recover quickly. The vet techs and front desk staff are amazing also! They’re located in Carrollwood which is convenient as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet practice!
We have been bringing our pets here since 1996! We have always received Stellar care! Diane, the receptionist literally treats you like family, not only will she remember each of your pets names, plus everything about them! The Doctors and staff are exceptionally experienced caring and supportive. Zoé went in for surgery at 8:00 am and by 2::00 pm I was picking her up as she was ready to go home. Wanted to say Thank You for all your hard work and dedication.. Love Rocco Zoé and Otis.
I’ve been using Keene Veterinary Hospital for many years now. During that time I moved to safety Harbor and now I live in Luiz. I tried closer veterinarians, but they weren’t Keene. So I made the trips and they were well worth it. They are empathetic they do their very best and that’s the reason they’re busy all the time. They’ve been with me through the Loss of my beloved pets and be a comfort to me. I highly recommend.
There absolutely wonderful! I've taken all my dogs to them fir many years I trust them completely. They treat you and yiur pet like family. I've lost many animals throughout the years abd they were always so comforting and sympathetic. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only reason i took off 1 star was the wait time is pretty bad but I guess its bcuz every1 wants to go to them .
