I always heard great things about this vet practice. I was able to get an appt. for my dog Gia quickly because she was very sick. Dr. Martinez found what was wrong immediately and prescribed meds & diet that helped her recover quickly. The vet techs and front desk staff are amazing also! They’re located in Carrollwood which is convenient as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet practice!
The Doctors and staff are exceptionally experienced caring and supportive. Zoé went in for surgery at 8:00 am and by 2::00 pm I was picking her up as she was ready to go home. Wanted to say Thank You for all your hard work and dedication.. Love Rocco Zoé and Otis.
There absolutely wonderful! I've taken all my dogs to them fir many years I trust them completely. They treat you and yiur pet like family. I've lost many animals throughout the years abd they were always so comforting and sympathetic. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only reason i took off 1 star was the wait time is pretty bad but I guess its bcuz every1 wants to go to them . I can't say enough good things about Keene! We switched from Banfield to Keene and the difference in caring and treatment is astounding! All of the doctors and staff at Keene are caring and compassionate and go above and beyond our expectations. So glad we made the switch and are grateful for the treatment our dogs have received.
Dr Martinez was so kind to both my pup and myself as well as the rest of the staff involved in the well being of my pup. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My pup usually acts up especially getting her shots but with Dr Martinez it was like she didn’t feel a thing. It was the best vet visit my pup has gotten in her 6 yrs. He was recommended to me and I definitely will recommend him to anyone looking for a superb veterinarian.
