I had a storage unit at Keep Self Storage for 9 months. I am so impressed with this business. The storage area (loading garage, hallways) is always clean and brightly lit. Over the 9 months, I accessed my storage unit many times and at many different hours of the day and night. I always felt safe and secure accessing my storage unit. Very disappointed in this location and will never come here again. I have showed up twice during business hours with no one in office and code not working. Talked to customer service and they were supposed to call me back- never did. Cannot access a unit that I paid for. If you value your time don’t come here!

Was a good location for my needs. Facility was easy to access and no issues with moving my stuff in or out

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Customer service at this location is lacking. I tried to rent a unit here and and some additional charges on the breakdown. I called and the call center saw what i was talking about and left the location my info. Received a call from the location person and began to ask questions. I was told that she did not know what I was talking about and started to get snippy on the call and over talking me.
