Keep self storage and the staff there were awesome. I was in between places for 3 months so I needed a place to store all of my belongings. The move in process was simple, the space was clean, dry, and well lit. I even lost my key to my unit and I just contacted management and they had a guy there for when I moved all my stuff out to cut the lock off. Would highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
I have been renting in Pittsburgh for 18 years, and over that time I've used various storage services across the city. Keep is by far your best option for storing your valuables. Their offices are clean and staffed by friendly employees who (gasp) actually know what they are talking about. I had lots of questions which they clearly answered, and they were more than happy to sit down with me and explain their policies. When I was moving from Pittsburgh KEEP Self Storage was there for me. I was lucky enough to speak to owner Mark about my needs and he set me up for an amazing price (beat the competition) and even assisted me with the unloading of furniture I had. The location was ideal and the units were spotless! Thank you KEEP! You guys are amazing.
Clean secure facility. Nice amenities like a reserved loading zone and the ability to drive inside to unload. A loading cart or two is always available for use. Elevators, locks & doors are kept in good working order. Convenient monthly autopay option. Tenants can access their units from 6 am to midnight 7 days a week! :-) Only 4 stars because their posted office hours are not quite accurate. Excellent customer service! I was able to register and move into my storage unit in the same day. Very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to make sure I was able to get in on time and had exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
