Answered questions well. He Called and corrected the problem when his staff refused to renew his prescription. Cares about his patients. Highly recommended.
Dr Buhl has been my gastro doctor for over 10 years. The friendliness of all the staff including the doctor is only surpassed by their experience and knowledge.
All of Doctor Buhl's staff are so helpful. From the minute you walk in the door until the time you walk out the service is outstanding. Everyone at the front desk are inviting and helpful. The nurses in the back are great as well. Dr. Buhl is very knowledgeable and has a good way of explaining your problems to you. He will provide you with samples of the medication if he has any. The checkout desk is your last stop and they are very friendly too. Overall experience OUTSTANDING!
I paid $30.00 co-pay to Ann Smith at the desk when I was there on 6-21-21 and she gave me a receipt that showed I only paid $15.00 co-pay. I told her about this mistake and she said she'll print up a new receipt that shows I paid $30.00 and I still haven't received this new receipt from her. I now keep receiving "late notices" from the billing dept. and they told me when I called (7 times) that they need the corrected receipt. My husband & son were both patients, however the office kept on mixing up their appointments & medications (they have the same name) My son had major bowl surgery & has been telling the doctor he still isn't feeling good, after a year of complaining, he went to another doctor & found he has ulcers on his bowl & received treatment & is now feeling better. My son is 32 yrs. old & apparently wasn't taken seriously. My husband is still a patient.
