KZP has never missed a day of weekly cleaning in the last year of service. They’ve rescheduled when needed. The tech always checks in before cleaning to make sure the dogs are put up. Pool is always sparkling clean! They always hit the chemicals and then balance their time between debris removal, scrubbing, backwash etc. we have a very demanding pool (5 large pecan trees around it). Services have made my life so much easier. I have to empty skimmers once a week in between cleanings typically
Zars pool is a very professional company and has a great team of employees that take pride in their work. I am so blessed to have found them. My pool is cleaner than it has ever been. They have also helped me keep my equipment up to date.
Negative edge was a mess the Keith Zars personnel fixed all the broken overflow cracks due to are week long freeze then the following ones increased the damage. It all has been fixed and it looks as good as new. Thank you for all the help and repairs and your people were great. It makes me very proud that we chose your company to put the pool in and it good to be proud of are yard and pool again.
We have been with Kieth since they completed our pool. From our pool Sup Andrew, to our weekly maintenance Any issue we have had has been resolved in a timely manner. The officie support staff is outstanding. Whatever you do invest in their LSP warranty it and the service is second to none
Mike has been our pool guy for over 18 years does a great job and goes the extra mile. Recently had our pool equipment serviced and with our Keith Zars pool insurance there is never a hassle. The guy came out fixed the problem and explained the situation. In short KZ has stood behind their product.
