I cannot put into words the experience I have had with ‘my provider’ ~ I had a doctor for many years retire a few years ago and since then I see Shakele Brown CNP. Kelly is outstanding. She is helpful and listens to your concerns. She is communicative and responds to you within a timely manner. She also has accommodating business hours that are very helpful with my work schedule.

Signed in 30 minutes prior to appointment, paid my copay, instructed to wait for message to start session, never got the link to start my tela-health visit. Waited 15 minutes. Re-logged in and had to do the whole questionnaire over. Waited again, nothing, called, voicemail said to call back when they were open. Loads of fun.

I’ve been with Kelly for almost a year now..and I can’t even begin to tell you how happy I am with her. She actually listens and gives advice/suggestions. She didn’t throw me into one category due to my past history. And right there I knew I was going to be happy with her. She has given me a chance to continue my treatment plan and has been so supportive throughout my time with her. I’m really happy with her and I will always suggest her when anyone ask for suggestions on who they should see.

Kelly is wonderful. She listens to me and is so supportive. She has helped me so much in just a few months and I am so greatful I found her. Great experience so far! I Would definitely recommend.
