I’ve been a customer for some time, and unfortunately my experience has steadily declined. The price of my storage unit has been raised three separate times, which feels excessive and unjustified. To make matters worse, the fence that provided an added sense of security was removed, reducing the value of what I’m paying for. I have had my storage there for about 6 yrs now never had a problem with management or other clients . It's more personal than the big storage buildings . That want nothing but your money . It maybe older but it's better.. God bless Matthew Allen
Worst storage units ever. She auctions off the wrong units and cuts the locks without verifying or checking to make sure their correct and then my stuff gets stolen out of my unit , my sons toys, all my home belongings I had from moving etc and yet she doesn’t feel liable at all and as if it’s not her problem. She is heartless and not a good person truly. And this has not just happened once either. This has happened on multiple occasions where she admitted to it. Definitely would not doing business with her.
Stay away... probably the worse.. miss the old owners. Sucks that they gave it to a new person who could care less about anything or those units.
Great place. It is very affordable compared to the other storage facilities. Mrs Jan the owner is a very nice lady. I enjoy keeping my stuff here.
