I had a great experience with this office…The staff is always friendly and pleasant, it’s clean, and they do great work…My issue is, I’m being charged an additional $1500+, after I paid my $5000+ braces off, for “restoration” because I haven’t been seen for almost 6 months…had I been notified and aware of this, it definitely wouldn’t have made it to this point! I’m extremely upset because I can see if it was written in the contract/paperwork or this info was made known to me, I could blame no one but myself, but it was not!... read more
