I had my 6 months Wellness check with Kelsey Wagoner, NP and it went really well. She is professional in covering all aspects of my health and answers all my questions . She checks to see that my prescriptions are up to date and current with my pharmacy of choice. She goes over my lab results and explains what they are for and discusses any changes in my treatment plan with me and listens to my opinions on health issues. Kelsey listened to me carefully, asked me probing questions, then laid out an appropiate corse of action to deal with my needs. All this was done in a friendly manner.
I have always had good experience on this facility up until today when I got turn away. According to then I transfer doctors just because back in December when I was really sick they had no opening what so ever and Dr. Yourchock in walkerton did and they were able to take me in asap and still I ended up in the hospital for two days. And this is way I like to see a doctor the minute I start feeling sick/not good. Made the appointment on line this morning and by 8:30 the nurse call to tell me I can not be seen at the office.
