The living experience at Kelson Row is the best in all of the surrounding towns, and this is significantly due to maintenance supervisor Richard. The quality of Richard’s professionalism, expertise, attention to detail, responsiveness and dedication to his work is the best I have come across in any maintenance supervisor. We love living here! The amenities are amazing. The apartment is spacious. We have had a couple of minor issues, and the maintenance team always fixes things very quickly! Rich and Jacob are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recommend Kelson Row!

Moved in on Saturday and has a small issue with the water temperature on Sunday. Maintenance came within an hour and got it working again. The maintenance crew at Kelson Row is top notch!! So glad we chose here!
I recently moved into Kelson Row, and the entire move-in process has been seamless. Kaila, Gabrielle, and the rest of the management team have been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The facility is brand new and beautiful. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bikes, and a wide range of weights—perfect for any workout routine.
