Kemp Dalton was outstanding in their customer service from start to finish with out new LVP flooring. They communicated well, they had a great installation team and they followed up with me on everything. I would highly recommend them to any friends/neighbors and I would definitely use Kemp Dalton again in the future. I worked the most with Cassidy and I found her to be extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. Very responsive to my calls and emails.

Cassidy has made every experience exceptional with constant communication, support through the decision process, and works very closely to the project through completion. She’s helped us with tight timelines, insurance claims (providing documentation), and is overall very patient and understanding that flooring is a big choice for a homeowner. Excellent service from beginning to end. We finished our basement and wanted a laminate floor to match the upstairs. At the store the staff was very helpful and we found exactly what we needed at a great price. Communication was great. The installation was on time, and the crew did a great job in leveling and installing the floors. I would highly recommend.
The folks at Kemps were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cassidy in particular, was great with information and project follow through. We had about 1200 Sq ft of Shaw LvP professionally installed a few months ago; the same crew came back today to complete the last room of 250 Sq ft.
