Excellent service from beginning to end. We finished our basement and wanted a laminate floor to match the upstairs. At the store the staff was very helpful and we found exactly what we needed at a great price. Communication was great. The installation was on time, and the crew did a great job in leveling and installing the floors. I would highly recommend.
Excellent experience with the entire team, from Cassidy’s help arranging our stair runner needs to Brett’s hard work in installation. We had a great time working with Dalton West and will definitely work with them again!
The folks at Kemps were very knowledgeable and helpful. Cassidy in particular, was great with information and project follow through. We had about 1200 Sq ft of Shaw LvP professionally installed a few months ago; the same crew came back today to complete the last room of 250 Sq ft. Super attention to detail such as floor prep and clean up.We like the fact they have well-vetted installation folks versus the box stores who select their installers by who is available that day. I couldn’t have been happier with the way my floors turned out! We had a wonderful experience working with Kemp’s Dalton West Flooring from the minute we walked into the store! Cody and Cassidy were so helpful, kind and made the whole process run smoothly! Because of there wonderful service I went back and bought all my area rugs from them!
